Jimmy Foster is the CEO of United Logistics Solutions Global, a full-service, supply chain solutions company with clients comprising over $8 billion in global logistics market share. He pioneers a client-focused company based on principles of integrity, excellence and community that are transforming the industry. Prior to founding ULS Global, Jimmy spent over 20 years in the freight industry, developing pricing models for some of the largest motor carriers in the United States. Jimmy serves as President of Colere and is involved in several other non-profit organizations, including River Valley Church, and One Focus Network. A resident of Little Falls, Jimmy is also a devoted husband and father of six beautiful children.
Paul Ososkalo is an accountant-by-trade, musician, and currently serves as the worship pastor at his church. In 2014, Paul lived as an extended-stay missionary in a small agricultural town in Kenya, where his team pioneered the construction of a new orphanage & school for the local community. Paul has worked in both public and private sectors. During his tenure with the USDA, he had the opportunity to represent the agency in Washington, D.C. and meet with Secretary Sonny Purdue. Later, he worked for Big 4 accounting firm Ernst & Young, where his team was responsible for auditing a Fortune 100 company generating over $1.5 billion in revenue. As a native of Upstate New York, Paul builds from an intimate knowledge of local social impact needs in the region. A graduate of Onondaga Community College, he also holds an MBA in Accounting with honors from Oswego State University. Paul resides in Little Falls with his wife and daughter.
Rebecca serves as Director of Impact for Colere overseeing the development, evaluation and communication of the firm’s social and environmental impact measurement and management strategies. Within the organization, this work takes its most direct application via the design and delivery of the collaborative programs offered to the Mohawk Valley through Colere. Rebecca also serves as Project Manager overseeing the Upstate NY Market at Centene Corporation, the leading government-sponsored insurance provider for qualified Americans throughout the U.S. Rebecca has held direct service and quality management roles in education, healthcare, foster care, and mental health services, focusing on the holistic needs of children, youth, and families. Rebecca holds an RN Nursing Degree from St. Elizabeth College of Nursing in Utica, NY.
Jason Benedict is an enterprise development specialist with decades of multi-sector experience. He earned his MBA from Regent University in 2002. Over the years he has started and led several companies, and currently directs Touchstone Business Solutions a company he founded in 2009. He has served as a consultant, coach, trainer, mentor, investment banker or board member to hundreds of businesses on several continents and across many industry sectors. He has served as a Strategist with the Regent University Center for Entrepreneurship, a university think tank where he has been active starting business incubators around the world since 2008. Jason’s personal mandate is: To help the global church develop economic engines and strategies for Kingdom advance and societal transformation. Jason and his wife Kim are graduates of Christ for the Nations Institute in Dallas Texas, and Jason holds graduate degrees in Missiology and Business Administration from Regent University. Jason and Kim have 5 children and are based out of Hampton Roads, Virginia.

All contributions designated for specific programs shall be applied to those projects, and we may assess up to 10 percent to be used for administering the gift. Occasionally, we receive more contributions for a given project than can be wisely applied to that project. When that happens, we use these funds to meet a similar pressing need.
